Kacie assists clients in navigating and resolving disputes at all stages of litigation.
Overview
Kacie focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including antitrust, products liability, employment litigation, and general business litigation. Committed to the firm’s pro bono mission, Kacie also assists clients with guardianships and other family law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kacie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward J. Cleary, Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and gained valuable insight into the appellate process.
During law school, Kacie and a professor co-authored an amicus brief submitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in a religious liberty case. In its ruling, the court cited to and referenced data provided in the amicus brief.
