Kacie assists clients in navigating and resolving disputes at all stages of litigation.

Overview

Kacie’s practice includes representing financial institutions, trustees, and other secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcies and complex litigation. Additionally, Kacie represents real estate clients in a variety of purchase agreement, lease, and easement disputes, in addition to partnership disputes, governmental approvals, and other business and commercial litigation.

Committed to the firm’s pro bono mission, Kacie also represents clients in family law and guardianship matters through the Deinard Legal Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Kacie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward J. Cleary, Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and gained valuable insight into the appellate process.
