Overview
Joyce has experience assisting in multiple stages of the litigation process. She has worked in a plethora of industries which allows her to provide a unique perspective to her clients.
During law school she served as a student practitioner for Washington University's Children's Rights Clinic, where she assisted on protection and custody cases and guardianship proceedings.
Experience
Joyce has assisted with complex litigation involving a wide array of industries, including general business, real estate, patent litigation, products liability, employment and trademarks. She aids in the discovery process by drafting motions and briefs and by filing complaints and responses.
Joyce also has experience defending against mass tort actions involving diacetyl exposure. She has attended several court hearings and depositions and assists with fact investigations and other case management actions.
