John brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to each matter, making him an asset to clients to further their business goals.


John leverages his background in real estate and finance law to guide clients to a successful business transaction. He has experience with financial and real estate transactions designed to enhance the capital stack by facilitating the transfer of federal and state tax credits, including New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HTC). Additionally, John has experience representing capital providers in connection with Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) transactions across various states.

Prior to joining the firm, John gained valuable real estate industry experience serving as in-house counsel for the nation’s leading title insurance underwriter.
