With a practice focused on banking and financial services, Jennifer assists banks and bank holding companies with a variety of transactional matters.
Jennifer’s practice includes assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, regulatory and compliance matters and general corporate law. She drafts and negotiates transaction documents, drafts related corporate governance documents, and files requisite regulatory notices and applications. She also has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents for commercial real estate transactions, and assisting clients with new markets tax credit (NMTC) and historic rehabilitation tax credit (HTC) transactions at both the federal and state level.
While attending law school, Jennifer was a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark Pfeiffer, Missouri Court of Appeals. She also interned for the Honorable Duane Benton, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
