As a skilled trial lawyer, Jada teams up with her clients to devise practical solutions to their complex legal problems.

Overview

Jada focuses her practice in business torts, product liability, commercial landlord tenant disputes and bankruptcy in the business and commercial litigation context.

Before joining the firm, Jada gained invaluable trial experience as an assistant Ramsey County attorney. She prosecuted 18 felony jury trials and worked in the county’s civil division, defending the county against employment discrimination, personal injury and excessive force claims.

Experience

In other experience as a government lawyer, she successfully argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals regarding statutory standing under the Minnesota Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedies Act.

Jada obtained dismissal with prejudice for a special administrator of a multimillion dollar estate against various allegations of fraud.

She helped an Illinois bank avoid a trial by successfully obtaining a judgment on the pleadings regarding a dispute of secured transactions.

She negotiated a favorable settlement for a client in an employment discrimination lawsuit.
