Overview

Working with entrepreneurial startups and growing international companies, Jaclyn helps guide clients through entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, impact investing concepts, financing needs and general business matters.

As a “second-career” attorney, Jaclyn worked extensively in nonprofit leadership and charitable gift planning before attending law school. She collaborates with clients to understand their goals and is driven to solve complex problems with practical solutions that make sense in the real world.
