With a focus on employment law, business litigation, and general commercial litigation, Hailey brings effective legal solutions to her clients’ most complex legal needs.

She enjoys working with individuals as well as in-house counsel teams and provides a personable approach. Hailey feels it is important to keep an open communication with clients and strives to provide regular updates.

She drafted memoranda for multiple cases including matters implicating the FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HEA, FERPA, TILA, Title IX, bankruptcy, tax, First Amendment, trademarks and select criminal laws.

Hailey represents clients against government entities applying inconsistent or unconstitutional local laws and effective takings of property.

She also represents clients in breach of contract and trust fund violation claims to recover unpaid contracts.

She assists clients in post-judgment collection efforts, including post-judgment discovery, garnishments, recording foreign judgments, and arranging private investigators.

Hailey analyzes documents and e-Discovery with metadata to provide support for defenses, depositions, and trials.

She also advises clients on sexual harassment claims in the workplace and on state laws and trends regarding discrimination of marginalized groups in schools.
