An experienced energy lawyer, Glen tries cases as lead counsel before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), appellate courts and state commissions. He leverages extensive regulatory experience to successfully litigate electric utility restructuring, cost allocation, rate design, transmission-service and utility related cases.

Municipal and cooperative utilities and state agencies value Glen's counsel on regulatory claims from investigation through appeal, including complex multi-party litigation. He also advises clients on Regional Transmission Organization (RTO)-related filings before FERC and negotiates power purchase transactions requiring a strong knowledge of energy markets and rulemaking.
