An innovative problem-solver, Gerry uses his background in finance and entrepreneurship to reach his clients' goals.
Gerry assists clients of all sizes in matters related to corporate finance. Gerry previously worked as a summer associate with the firm, where he gained experience researching SEC regulations and assisted in drafting merger agreements. During law school, he also worked for a startup seed funding incubator, where he conducted financial market research and created financial modeling scenarios for investment targets. During his M.B.A studies, Gerry also worked as an M.B.A. financial intern for a Fortune 500 company, where he developed tax return compliance models and researched corporate taxation IRS standards.
In addition to his practice, Gerry pursues his passion for service as a soldier in the Army National Guard, where he serves as an Information Technology Specialist. There, he has developed skills in database management and network security.
