An innovative problem-solver, Gerry uses his background in finance and entrepreneurship to reach his clients' goals.
Gerry concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt securities offerings, and venture capital matters. Gerry has represented clients in transactions covering a wide array of industries, including health care, real estate and financial services. Leveraging a deep knowledge of finance and a passion for entrepreneurship, Gerry understands the operational considerations that drive deal-making.
Prior to joining Stinson, Gerry worked at a startup accelerator, where he developed and mentored life sciences startups. In addition, Gerry has written and researched extensively on securities matters affecting startups, including publication in a national business law journal.
In addition to his practice, Gerry pursues his passion for service as a soldier in the Army National Guard, where he serves as an Information Technology Specialist. There, he has developed skills in database management and network security.
