Emma enjoys working with clients to form comprehensive estate plans that meet their goals.


Emma works with individuals, couples and families to create estate plans with a focus on personal and philanthropic goals. Emma's practice includes estate tax planning, charitable giving, and estate and trust administration.

As part of her estate planning work, Emma creates and modifies wills and trusts, addresses the impact of life insurance on an estate plan, works with powers of attorney and health care directives, and reviews the benefits of philanthropic giving.

She is a volunteer attorney for Minnesota Wills for Heroes, where she provides pro bono estate plans for first responders in Minnesota.
