Elizabeth's extensive experience in research and writing informs her business litigation practice and helps her prepare clients for litigation.



Elizabeth has attended depositions of plaintiffs and their coworkers, and has experience cross-examining witnesses on behalf of defendants.

Detail-oriented, she has drafted numerous motions for summary judgements and dismissals, as well as Motions in Limine and motions to apply foreign law for Missouri and Illinois courts.

Her strategic and comprehensive approach allows Elizabeth to effectively devise defense strategies and communicate necessary case details, court proceedings and judicial trends to clients in order to prepare them for litigation.

Committed to pro bono, Elizabeth recently managed a prisoners' rights case, including the review of all case documents, created a case strategy and drafting discovery.
