Overview
Eleanor assists her clients in solving their legal issues with a focus on representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, aiding companies in equity and debt finance transactions, and advising businesses on a variety of general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Eleanor gained invaluable experience as a senior tax associate at a large international accounting firm. There she assisted a variety of clients with their tax compliance needs and worked as an international assignee in Bangalore, India.
She also gained first-hand experience serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark V. Holmes of the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, DC.
