David works with his clients to structure the right credit transaction to meet their immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals.


David represents lenders in credit transactions. He works with national and state banks, insurance companies, investment banks and municipal agencies. He also counsels developers, purchasers, sellers, owners and tenants of commercial real estate, and is a Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Board-Certified Real Property Law Specialist.

David's deep experience with construction and term commercial real estate loans, LIHTC affordable housing loans, other tax credit financings, revolving and asset-based loans, letter-of-credit transactions and workouts allows his clients to choose the right credit solutions to advance their business interests.
