David is a results-oriented transactional attorney with a focus in real estate and public finance.

Overview

David assists a wide range of clients in all phases of purchasing, selling and leasing land and commercial building space. He excels at solving complex legal problems involving, for example, restrictive covenants, mineral title issues and land use concerns.

During law school, David gained invaluable experience as an extern to the Honorable Jeffrey J. Keyes of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
