With an MBA to complement his legal experience, Christopher brings a practical business approach to bankruptcy and restructuring. Christopher represents corporate debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, financial institutions and creditors in bankruptcy and workout scenarios. Christopher's clients find his business training valuable when negotiating to purchase or sell distressed assets.

With experience in a wide range of industries, Christopher has a record of success for both debtor companies and creditors. He has successfully reorganized numerous companies in Chapter 11 allowing these companies to emerge as healthy, thriving enterprises. Christopher routinely wins recoveries for his creditor clients, including 100 percent repayment for unsecured creditors.
