Drawing on her experience as a federal judicial law clerk, Audrey is skilled at guiding clients through litigation and honing their most effective arguments.


Audrey's practice encompasses all stages of business and employment litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and appeals.

As a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric F. Melgren in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, Audrey gained extensive experience analyzing motions, completing legal research and drafting orders for a variety of criminal and civil matters, including commercial and employment litigation, and litigation relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. She brings invaluable insight into effective litigation strategy, as well as the nuances of federal practice.

Prior to joining Stinson, Audrey also worked as an associate in a full-service law firm.


Drafted petition for review granted by the Kansas Supreme Court in complex subrogation case involving a catastrophic workplace injury.

Successfully defended against summary judgment in a contract dispute case.

Drafted temporary restraining order granted by the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
