Audrey's practice encompasses all stages of business and employment litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and appeals. She represents businesses in product liability actions, class action litigation, and other commercial and employment disputes.

Having served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric F. Melgren in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, Audrey brings invaluable insight into litigation strategy and has a deep understanding of the nuances of federal practice. She is adept at identifying her clients’ most effective arguments and drafting compelling briefing based on their unique circumstances.

Prior to joining Stinson, Audrey also worked as an associate in a full-service law firm.

Experience

Drafted petition for review granted by the Kansas Supreme Court in complex subrogation case involving a catastrophic workplace injury.

Successfully defended against summary judgment in a contract dispute case.
