Aristotle finds business and transactional solutions for a variety of clients ranging from private and public companies, to entrepreneurial start-ups. His experience includes assisting clients with an array of corporate governance, acquisition and business-related matters.
Overview
Prior to joining the firm, Aristotle gained experience as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Mary R. Russell of the Supreme Court of Missouri and the Honorable Philip M. Hess of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. In addition, he participated in the University of Missouri’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic where he helped counsel business start-ups and local entrepreneurs on a variety of issues, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, drafting operating documents, obtaining private financing, and applying for federal trademark protection.
