With a firm knowledge of the ever-changing immigration regulations, Tony assists clients with employment-based immigration to secure appropriate visas and other entry materials. His clients often include individuals and employers across diverse industries, including colleges and universities, hospitals and health care systems, manufacturers, and computer and software companies.

Experience

Tony has assisted corporate clients in securing nonimmigrant status (H, L, O, P, J, TN and E visas) on behalf of their employees.

He has helped physicians in J-1 successfully obtain a waiver to the two-year residency requirement by obtaining a Delta Regional Authority waiver for qualified physicians. A trusted counselor, Tony represents Fortune 500 companies, private corporations, major universities and medical groups to obtain labor certifications for foreign nationals, second and third preference immigration petitions, permanent residency and naturalization, and nonimmigrant status in H-1B specialty occupations and TN-Treaty nationals.

Tony has experience representing individuals and families through the immigration process to obtain permanent residency and in preparing family-based petitions.

He has successfully guided employers through Labor Certification Applications (PERMs) and related recruitment campaigns.
