Anna has counseled numerous financial institutions in a variety of matters, including loan enforcement and guaranty actions, lien disputes, litigation involving claims of wrongful foreclosure, putative class actions alleging violations of the TCPA and FDCPA, and post-judgment collection proceedings.

Anna advises mortgage servicers in defense of various claims arising out of federal law, including the FCRA, RESPA, and TILA.

Anna has defended homeowners insurance companies from class action claims that the carrier is prohibited from depreciating labor on actual cash value (ACV) policies.

Anna handles litigation involving construction contract disputes.

Anna served as lead counsel and obtained a favorable ruling for one of the nation's leading suppliers of uniforms in a rental service dispute.

Anna has represented banks and insurance companies to recover damages related to violations of non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, as well as tortious interference with contracts and prospective business relations.

Anna has obtained favorable results for clients in employment-related disputes, including FMLA and ADA lawsuits and EEOC investigations.
