Angie's experience with domestic and foreign transactions allows her to provide a real-world perspective on her client’s growth strategies. Clients rely on Angie’s experience to navigate complex commercial transactions including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, and advising on changing finance and business regulations.

Angie represents clients involved in various industries including finance, real estate, hospitality, construction, solar power, agribusiness, health care, electronics, aerospace, retail, manufacturing and mining. Her legal counseling extends to corporate governance, securities, commercial contracts and advising on general corporate matters.

Experience

Angie counsels a national financial institution serving as corporate trustee in connection with high yield and investment grade debt offerings, with experience in debt offerings involving US and UK public issuances.

She has advised a rehabilitation services provider in its $1.3 billion sale to a post-acute care services provider, an electronics manufacturer in its $340 million sale to an aerospace manufacturing company, a shoe retailer in its $2.25 million acquisition of shoe store leases, and regularly advises regional and community banks as lenders in transactions ranging from $5 million to $200 million.

Prior to joining Stinson, she served national and global corporations, including Peabody Energy Corporation (NYSE: BTU), Macy's (NYSE: M), and Spartech Corporation, now PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL).
