Abby enjoys collaborating with clients on a broad variety of matters and aims to thoroughly delve into each unique case. She brings to her practice previous experience in matters involving trademark opposition proceedings, intellectual property and technology agreement negotiations, and trademark and copyright prosecution.
She has assisted clients with maintenance and enforcement of trademark portfolios through management of trademark opposition proceedings and negotiation and drafting of trademark consent and coexistence agreements.
Abby counseled clients on trademark clearance and strategy for registration of trademarks and copyrights.
She has conducted research and drafted motions for trademark litigation matters.
Abby has advised, structured, drafted, and negotiated various commercial agreements, including intellectual property licensing and technology service agreements.
She has assisted clients on data privacy and security compliance by drafting privacy policies, GDPR data processing agreements, and CCPA service provider agreements.
