Overview

With a focus on intellectual property & technology, Abby uses her deep knowledge to counsel clients on how to expand and protect critical IP assets. Abby enjoys collaborating with clients on a broad variety of matters and aims to thoroughly delve into each unique case. She brings to her practice previous experience in matters involving intellectual property and technology agreement negotiations, trademark and copyright prosecution, data privacy compliance and trademark opposition proceedings.

Experience

Abby has advised, structured, drafted, and negotiated various commercial agreements, including intellectual property licensing agreements, technology master services agreement and software licensing agreements.

She has assisted clients on data privacy and security compliance by drafting privacy policies, website terms and conditions, and data processing agreements.

She has assisted clients with maintenance and enforcement of trademark portfolios through management of trademark opposition proceedings and negotiation and drafting of trademark consent and coexistence agreements.

Abby counseled clients on trademark clearance and strategy for registration of trademarks and copyrights. She has conducted research and drafted motions for trademark litigation matters.
