Stinson Leonard Street LLP advised on the merger of Pan Pacific Bank, of Fremont, CA, with California Bank of Commerce, of Lafayette, CA, which closed on December 31, 2015. The strategic partnership will result in a business bank with over $650 million in total assets dedicated to serving businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.
