Clary Redd's Year in Review Article in Trusts & Estates Magazine
Stinson Leonard Street LLP attorney Charles A. "Clary" Redd had his annual year-in-review article published in the January 2019 issue of Trusts & Estates magazine. In the article, Clary examines some of last year's important legislative, regulatory and case law developments for trust and estate professionals and their clients.
In particular, Clary provides perspective on the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, notable cases affecting family limited partnerships, and intriguing developments surrounding the constitutionality of classifying trusts as residents in certain states.
