Judd Treeman Selected to Ingram's 2022 40 Under Forty
Stinson Partner Judd Treeman has been selected to Ingram's 40 Under Forty Class of 2022. Treeman was selected for his leadership skills, successful track record, achievements within his legal practice and his remarkable commitment to community involvement and service.
Since joining the firm, Treeman has developed a robust commercial transaction practice, focusing on real estate, public finance and commercial lending. He represents developers, lenders and government clients in complex transactions involving public finance, incentives and partnership complexities. Treeman has negotiated more than $3 billion in complex deals nationwide, including market-leading projects involving financing and incentive structures, and is well-versed in traditional commercial real estate ventures, helping clients buy, sell, lease, collateralize and invest in real estate and related join ventures.

Beyond his practice, Treeman contributes to the firm's pro bono efforts and serves as Special Outside Counsel to the Marlborough Community Coalition, helping to sustain a diverse and historic Kansas City community. He is a member of the Missouri Pro Bono Wall of Fame, which recognizes the generous commitment of time, professional skill and legal knowledge to provide pro bono services to those who cannot afford legal counsel, and the Texas Pro Bono College, which recognizes attorneys who exceed the aspirational goal of 50 hours of pro bono service annually.
Treeman serves as Vice President of the Treeman Family Foundation, a charitable nonprofit organization that is a significant benefactor of waterfowl habitat protection in Oklahoma. He is also an alumni of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Centurions program and a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Business Leadership Council, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Curé of Arts Parish.
Ingram's 40 Under Forty is a signature recognition program for young executives, professionals and community leaders under the age of 40 in the Kansas City region. Candidates considered for the program have shown outstanding achievement and promise in the areas of ethics and integrity, leadership skills, achievement in business, entrepreneurship, executive-level managerial status, are members of professional affiliations and associations and have been appointed to boards and commission, and have an exceptional commitment to community service.
