Press Release

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Minnesota Lawyer has named Partners Adine Momoh and Todd Noteboom to its "POWER 30" list for business litigation attorneys. This recognition honors the achievements of Minnesota's most accomplished legal partners who have made a significant impact on the industry.

Momoh defends complex business and commercial litigation matters for securities, banking, estates and trust clients, and resolves creditors' rights and bankruptcy cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Momoh co-chairs the firm’s Estates and Trusts Litigation Group, where she leverages her experience in estates and trusts litigation and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights to provide sophisticated advice and advocacy when disputes arise involving wealth management, wealth transfer and tax strategy. She also handles complex business and regulatory disputes and investigations for Fortune 500 companies and emerging entrepreneurs. Actively involved in the legal and broader community, Momoh also serves on the boards of various nonprofits, including the Saint Paul and Minnesota Foundation, where she chairs the foundation’s Community Impact Committee and serves on the foundation’s Executive Committee.

Noteboom is one of the most sought after litigators in Minnesota, and is regularly called on to defend clients in “bet the company” litigation here and throughout the country. For nearly 30 years, he has defended major U.S. corporations and their senior executives in material litigation, enforcement proceedings and investigations, with an emphasis on matters for the financial services and insurance industries. Noteboom leads the firm’s Financial Services and Insurance Industry Group, and was instrumental in building the firm’s national class action defense practice. He is also active in the community, currently serving as chair of the board of directors at the Children’s Theatre Company, as well as serving on the boards of both the Guthrie Theater and the Minnesota Business Partnership.
