World Trademark Review 1000 Ranks Attorneys Joel Leviton and Ruth Rivard Among Top Tier of Intellectual Property Attorneys

Stinson LLP partners Joel Leviton and Ruth Rivard were listed as top trademark attorneys in Minnesota by World Trademark Review 1000. This is the seventh year Leviton has been recognized and the third year for Rivard.

The annual list is the only stand-alone publication to recommend individual practitioners and their firms exclusively in the trademark field and to identify the leading players in 70 key jurisdictions globally. To compile its rankings over the course of four months, the publication conducts extensive interviews with hundreds of lawyers and their clients, and gathers written submissions from throughout the IP industry.

Both Leviton and Rivard were recognized in the Enforcement and Litigation section and are among only 18 attorneys recognized statewide. Rivard is described by WTR as an attorney "best known for her proficiency in litigation and alternative dispute resolution."
