Tom Smallwood Named One of "100 St. Louisans to Know" By St. Louis Small Business Monthly

Stinson LLP partner Tom Smallwood was recently named to St. Louis Small Business Monthly's "100 St. Louisans to Know" list in April.

The magazine compiles its list of 100 key executives, business owners and others in the business community with recommendations from community leaders. Judges then choose individuals based on their contributions to area small businesses and the overall business community.

Tom offers significant experience in real estate development and redevelopment financing, including tax increment financing and other public finance incentives. He counsels some of the country's largest financial institutions, as well as local community banks and REITs, on an array of secured transactions.

The 100 St. Louisians were featured in April's issue of the magazine.
