Stinson LLP partner Todd Noteboom was recently quoted in a Thomson Reuters article regarding the 2019 Marketing Partner Forum as part of their Legal Executive Institute series. The 26th annual forum took place last month, where Todd was a panelist in a session titled, "A House Divided: Assessing Employee Compensation Models Across the Firm."

The discussion focused on the changing legal landscape, and the resulting need for new models of compensation. He credited the firm's leadership and strategic plan for Stinson's focus on attorney collaboration and client service when it comes to determining compensation, as well as using it as a tool to encourage attorneys to be more client and industry focused.

Todd is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and co-chair of the Financial Services and Insurance industry group. He defends major corporations in class action lawsuits and litigation matters nationwide, with particular emphasis on the financial services and insurance industries. He is a frequent speaker on securities, insurance, class action and consumer financial services litigation topics.
