Todd Martin Publishes on Extended Health Insurance Enrollment Timeframes

Partner Todd Martin published a recent article in the State Bar of Wisconsin’s InsideTrack magazine. Todd provides insight on the final rule issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Department of the Treasury and IRS extending timeframes for making special enrollment elections for group health insurance coverage under COBRA, for workers experiencing an employment change during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Todd currently serves as chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Insurance and Member Benefits Committee. He has extensive experience in insurance regulation, transactions and governance, administrative law, and employee benefits. He frequently counsels insurers, third-party administrators, employers, insurance agents and brokers.
