The Missouri Bar Honors Charles Redd's Service to the Profession
Charles A. ("Clary") Redd was recently recognized by The Missouri Bar for his leadership and dedication to the organization through the MoBar CLE (continuing legal education) program.
For many years Redd has volunteered to share his knowledge with hundreds of practitioners by being a presenter at numerous CLEs. He also was a contributing author of The Missouri Bar Trusts & Powers Deskbook and served as the chairman of The Missouri Bar’s Health Care Durable Power of Attorney Subcommittee. He was the principal draftsman of the Missouri Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Act.
Redd is a partner in the St. Louis office. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust-related litigation.
He is an elected member of the American Law Institute, a Fellow and Regent of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law. Redd writes a regular column in Trusts & Estates magazine and serves as Co-Chair of its Editorial Advisory Board. He is also the lead presenter in Cannon Financial Institute's monthly estate planning teleconference series, which has a large, nationwide audience.
