Attorney Susan Warshaw Ebner Joins Stinson in Washington, DC

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Susan Warshaw Ebner has joined the firm as a partner in our Washington, DC office.

Susan represents businesses and nonprofits on a broad spectrum of government contract and compliance matters, including bid protests, cyber security and supply chain risk, audits and investigations, and dispute resolution. She also counsels clients on federal research and development-related matters, including Small Business Innovation Research, technology investment agreements, cooperative agreements and grants.

In addition to her practice, Ebner is a fellow of the America Bar Association and participates as Section Vice-Chair of the ABA Public Contract Law Section, as a representative on the ABA Section Officers Council Executive Committee, and as co-chair of the ABA PCLS Publications Committee. She is also the co-chair of the National Defense Industrial Association Cyber Division's Cyber Legal Policy Committee.

Previously, Ebner represented the Department of the Navy, the Department of Defense and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in complex litigation matters across the country.

Ebner is a featured panelist at the ABA's PCLS Contract Claims and Disputes Resolution Committee meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019. She and her fellow panelists will be discussing the most important government contracts-related decisions issued in 2018.
