Stinson Leonard Street Represents Aslin Group and Alterra Bank in Sale to First Business Financial Services
Stinson Leonard Street LLP advised Aslin Group, Inc. and Alterra Bank in a transaction announced today in which First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:FBIZ) will acquire Aslin Group and Alterra Bank, its wholly-owned subsidiary. The cash-and-stock transaction is valued at an estimated $30.1 million.
