Stinson Leonard Street Ranks Among The Top Law Firms In Midwest Real Estate News' 2014 "Best of the Best" Rankings

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is ranked among the top law firms listed in the2014 "Best of the Best" rankings issued by Midwest Real Estate News. The firm is ranked #10 out of 40 firms, based on the number of real estate transactions involving the firm's attorneys in the past year.

Each year, Midwest Real Estate News ranks the top real estate law firms from 14 Midwestern states. The real estate trade publication distributed a digital version of the 2014 "Best of the Best" rankings on Thursday, July 10. The print edition is scheduled to be distributed after Monday, July 14.

"The rankings show that our clients were active in the real estate area during the past year and that the economy generated a healthy level of deal activity," said Dave Frantze, partner and co-chair of Stinson Leonard Street's Real Estate Division. "We're pleased clients continue to call on us whenever they need legal counsel to complete real estate deals."

On Jan. 1, 2014, Stinson Morrison Hecker and Leonard, Street and Deinard completed their merger, creating Stinson Leonard Street LLP. The combined firm has offices in 14 cities and more than 520 attorneys, which puts Stinson Leonard Street among the 75 largest law firms in the U.S.

The combination created a Real Estate Division with more than 80 attorneys that advise clients on real estate matters throughout the Midwest, Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions, as well as in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to the merger, both firms' real estate practices were consistently ranked among the "Best of the Best" by Midwest Real Estate News.
