Stinson Leonard Street Advises CVR Refining LP in connection with Midway Pipeline Joint Venture

Stinson Leonard Street LLP served as lead legal advisor to CVR Refining LP and its affiliates in connection with the Midway Pipeline joint venture with Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. The joint venture will own the Cushing to Broome pipeline system. Definitive agreements for the transaction were executed October 31, 2017.
