Stinson Leonard Street Advises CVR Refining LP in connection with Acquisition of Cushing to Ellis Pipeline System

Stinson Leonard Street LLP is serving as lead legal advisor to CVR Refining LP and its affiliates in connection with the acquisition of the Cushing to Ellis crude pipeline system from Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. Definitive agreements for the transaction were executed October 31, 2017. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017, subject to customary conditions to closing for transactions of this nature.
