Stinson Leonard Street Adds Butler IV to Kansas City
Stinson Leonard Street LLP announced that Samuel Butler, IV has joined the firm's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Division as an associate in the firm's Kansas City office. Butler is one of 13 attorneys who have joined the firm since late 2013, just before the firm's merger.
Butler's practice focuses on a broad range of employee benefits issues, including compliance and design issues for retirement plans and welfare benefit plans for public, private, and government organizations.
Stinson Leonard Street's Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law practice consists of more than 50 attorneys who have experience advising companies on labor, employment and employee benefits matters or representing clients in employment-related disputes before federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Stinson Leonard Street, Butler served as a government relations analyst for Blank Rome in Washington, D.C.
Butler received a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2013. He earned an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2007.
