Her experience includes acquisitions and divestitures of multimillion dollar businesses, assisting with the growth and development of franchised businesses from the franchisee and franchisor perspectives, public company reporting and compliance, and advising companies with significant intellectual property assets

Bryan possesses extensive knowledge of federal securities laws and reporting requirements for public companies, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the firm, he was an attorney with the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC in Washington, DC.
