Stinson Leonard Street Advises Enventis Corporation in Merger with Consolidated Communications

(KANSAS CITY, Mo. / MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.) June 30, 2014 – Stinson Leonard Street LLP advised Enventis Corporation (Nasdaq: ENVE) in a merger transaction with Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL). The companies have approved a definitive agreement for Enventis to merge with Consolidated Communications in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $350 million.

Enventis Corporation and Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. have issued a news release with additional details concerning the transaction.
