Rob Kugler Quoted in Wall Street Journal Story on Criminal Charges in Bankruptcy Case
Stinson Leonard Street LLP attorney Rob Kugler was interviewed by the Wall Street Journal to discuss the affect the recent criminal charges filed against the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis will have on the ongoing bankruptcy case.
Kugler and Stinson Leonard Street represent the unsecured creditors in the archdiocese's bankruptcy. The Ramsey County Attorney's Office recently charged the archdiocese with six gross misdemeanor counts for allegedly failing to protect children from a former priest now in prison for sexually abusing children and possessing child pornography.
