Paul Gardner Joins Stinson Leonard Street in Omaha
Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce the addition of Paul Gardner to the firm's private business division. He joins the firm as a partner and will practice in the Omaha office.
He comes to Stinson Leonard Street after practicing at a local Omaha firm. For 35 years Gardner has been finding creative solutions to his clients' business problems. He helps clients with corporate law and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, regulatory issues, estate planning, business creation, organization and succession, contract negotiations and taxation issues. Gardner serves as outside general counsel to several private businesses and is a certified mediator in formal dispute resolution proceedings.
Gardner said he is excited to enhance his practice and cultivate new business relationships at Stinson Leonard Street. He said his clients will benefit from the resources and the depth of practice experience at the firm.
Gardner was raised in Omaha and he and his family volunteer their time and efforts with several community projects. He is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska bar associations and of the taxation, business law and dispute resolution sections of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys.
Gardner is also a member of the Omaha Tennis Association and a graduate of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Class. He is a past director of both the Emmy Gifford Children's Theater and the United Way of Omaha. Gardner has been a competitive chess player since high school and has earned master points in the U.S. Chess Federation.
He earned his B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and his J.D. from Creighton University.
