Nick Zluticky Named to American Bankruptcy Institute's 40 Under 40 Class of 2019
From a national pool of attorneys, academics, and restructuring professionals, Nick Zluticky is recognized for his excellence in his bankruptcy practice.
Stinson LLP congratulates Partner Nicholas Zluticky, who was recently named to the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 40 Under 40 class of 2019.
Zluticky was among 40 attorneys chosen nationwide from more than 350 nominations. The ABI Steering Committee selected honorees based on professional achievements, community service and service to the insolvency profession. The ABI Steering Committee Specifically looked at Zluticky's academic training, achievements in representations on behalf of clients, authorship and publications, community service, leadership and technical skills, mentoring experience, personal references, and professional service.
In his bankruptcy practice, Zluticky represents a broad range of clients in all areas of bankruptcy, receiverships, foreclosures, out of court workouts and restructurings. Zluticky has worked on some of the largest bankruptcy cases in the country, including representing the debtor in a case dubbed a "Transaction of the Year" by the Turnaround Management Association. He has represented banks of all sizes across the country in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation.
In addition to his practice, Zluticky is a member of the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association, Attorney Advisory Group for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, and serves on the advisory board for the Midwest Bankruptcy Institute. He has been named a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" for the past eight years, and frequently speaks on bankruptcy-related topics.
Zluticky will be recognized at the ABI's Winter Leadership Conference on December 5-7 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
