Frank Basgall Selected to the Wichita Business Journal Emerging Leaders Class of 2020

Stinson LLP Partner Frank Basgall was recently selected to the Wichita Business Journal's Emerging Leaders Program for 2019-2020. This is the fifth year the business journal has offered the leadership development experience in partnership with the Kansas Leadership Center.

Emerging Leaders gain a better understanding of the inner workings of the Wichita community, an opportunity to develop leadership skills, a chance for personal growth and self-assessment, exposure to volunteer involvements and a diverse network of peers. The six-month program includes a series of roundtable discussions with Wichita leaders from multiple industries and sectors on a variety of important issues. Participants will also take part in "Your Leadership Edge," a three-day leadership course at the Kansas Leadership Center.

Frank is a commercial litigator who focuses on oil and gas, contract disputes, and expert-intensive litigation. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials, working on trials and cases exceeding well over $10 million in alleged damages. He has been successful at each stage of litigation including obtaining: temporary and permanent injunctions; summary judgment on individual claims and entire cases; dismissal on procedural issues; jury verdicts; verdicts on bench trials; and appeals.
