Francis Miller Joins Firm in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS (March 12, 2018)—Stinson Leonard Street LLP is pleased to announce that business transaction & real estate attorney Francis "Butch" Miller has joined the firm as a partner in St. Louis.
Miller has extensive experience providing practical legal guidance in connection with the purchase and sale of all types of real estate, as well as development, financing, construction and leasing of real estate. In addition to his real estate practice, Miller also provides assistance to others businesses and entrepreneurs, ranging from forming the entity to its eventual sale, including succession planning, for the transition of the business to the owner’s children or employees.
Miller has also developed a substantial practice assisting businesses in the rapidly-growing healthcare space, particularly with optometry and ophthalmology practices. Finally, he also offers clients general business advice relating to contracts employment law and executive compensation structures. His clients benefit from his thorough interest in their businesses, which allows him to provide more personalized and practical guidance to help the businessperson accomplish his or her objectives.
