Four Stinson Leonard Street attorneys named "Best of the Bar" by Kansas City Business Journal
Four Stinson Leonard Street attorneys were recently selected to the Kansas City Business Journal's annual "Best of the Bar" section. Since 2002 the publication has asked local attorneys to nominate their peers in private practice who they would recommend based on their skill, experience and ethics. No attorney could make the list based solely on votes from his or her firm colleagues.

Dalgleish is a litigation partner. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, class actions and alternative dispute procedures throughout the country. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Dowling is a partner in the firm's employee benefits practice. He represents employers, banks, insurers and administrators on matters relating to health plans, health FSAs, HSAs and HRAs, including regulatory compliance related to claims and payment processing services. He has extensive experience designing wellness programs to comply with HIPAA, GINA and the ADA. Dowling also advises on employee benefits issues related to retirement plans, fiduciary compliance and equity compensation arrangements in light of IRS and ERISA rules and requirements.
McGreevy is a partner in the firm's construction practice. She has negotiated contracts and solved problems on some of the most well-known construction projects in the Kansas City area and represented clients in multimillion dollar lawsuits in court. She is routinely asked to serve as a mediator and arbitrator as well as present training sessions on new laws and regulations affecting the industry. In 2014 she was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Builders Association Kansas City Chapter/AGC.
Stolte is a partner in the firm's bankruptcy and creditors' rights division. She concentrates her practice in the area of business and bankruptcy law, particularly in Chapter 11 debtor/creditor issues as well as in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer debtor matters. She has represented creditors in all aspects of creditor rights litigation in both state court and bankruptcy court.
