Estate Planning Attorney Jennifer Stultz Joins Firm in Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (Sept. 12, 2017)—Stinson Leonard Street LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer Stultz has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax, Trust & Estates division. Stultz practices in the firm’s Wichita, Kan. office.

Stultz brings two decades of experience in trusts and estates law to the firm. She assists individuals and businesses with estate planning, trust administration, special needs planning, transition planning and probate matters. She designs custom strategies for her clients focused on their wealth preservation and wealth transfer goals. She finds creative solutions to minimize income, estate, gift and other taxes. She has experience drafting and implementing all manner of planning documents including wills, trusts and guardianships and conservatorships.

She is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics and has taught the estate planning course for the American College’s "Certified Financial Planner" accreditation. She has previously served on the estate planning nationwide attorney networks for UBS and MetLife and as Executive Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for The Commerce Trust Company, a division of Commerce Bank, N.A.

She joins the firm from a successful private practice in Wichita.

Stultz is active in many Kansas community and legal organizations. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Sedgwick County Law Library and is a member of the Kansas and the Wichita Bar associations. She is also a past member of the Wichita Estate Planning Forum, the Wichita Estate Planning Council, the Probate Advisory Committee for the Kansas Judicial Council and Wichita State University Foundation’s Planned Giving Council. She has also served as an advisory board member for the ARC’s Guardianship Assistance Program.

Stultz earned her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
