Eric Liebeler Joins Stinson Firm in Washington, DC
Stinson Leonard Street is proud to announce that Eric Liebeler has joined the firm as a partner in the Washington, DC office.
Liebeler is a talented litigator and has first-or second-chaired dozens of complex, multi-party cases in state and federal courtrooms across the country in both private practice and as the head of litigation for two Global 200 companies. In his career he has obtained multimillion dollar summary judgments, obtained full defense verdicts against 'bet the company' claims and led dozens of lawyers in month- long jury trials.
He represents clients in all matters of litigation including, antitrust, intellectual property, international trade, products liability, breach of contract, class action, construction, commercial, employment, professional negligence, Dodd-Frank, compliance, RICO, and cross-border jurisdictional matters. He also has significant appeals experience arguing before several circuits and he has successfully resolved many cases in arbitral forums.
Before joining the firm, Liebeler managed litigation for global companies Siemens and Honeywell where he directed trial strategy, discovery management, risk assessment, litigation prevention and budgeting in health care, energy, software and intellectual property –related lawsuits.
