The Star Tribune interviewed Stinson Leonard Street LLP attorney Ed Caldie for a story on Target's decision to file bankruptcy in Canada.

The story looks at possible options for Target's Canadian stores, employees, suppliers and landlords in light of the bankruptcy filing. Caldie was asked about Target's options and what recourse its creditors have.

Caldie represents the interests of unsecured creditors’ committees, public and private companies, corporate debtors, large-scale secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and others in a wide variety of Chapter 11 bankruptcies, civil lawsuits, workouts, commercial disputes, and negotiations.

He has recently represented the unsecured creditors in the bankruptcies of the Twin Cities archdiocese, Mineral Park and Aero Inc.
