Corporate Counsel Rank Stinson's Litigation Groups Among the Country's Best in BTI Litigation Outlook

Corporate Counsel rank Stinson Leonard Street in the top 20 percent of all law firms in four key litigation areas in the BTI Litigation Outlook 2018 report. The firm was named to the "Honor Roll" in the IP Litigation, Securities and Finance Litigation, Complex Employment Litigation and Everyday Employment Litigation categories.

Stinson's IP litigation team successfully brings and defends intellectual property cases, including patent, trademark, copyright, and false advertising, throughout the country. Among recent successes, some highlights include prevailing at a patent jury trial, resolving a trademark dispute for a national brand, resolving a trademark and copyright dispute for a tech start-up, and handling copyright litigation for the Special Administrator of the Prince Rogers Nelson estate in 2016.
