Construction Attorney Nick Loyal Joins Stinson in St. Louis

Stinson is happy to announce that Nick Loyal, an associate in the firm's Minneapolis office, will be returning home to Missouri to continue his construction and litigation practice in the firm's St. Louis office. While in Minnesota, Nick served on the Council of the Construction Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Nick focuses his practice on helping construction professionals, developers and technology companies protect their interests and develop their businesses. From drafting and reviewing contracts, to litigating design and construction defect claims, delay claims and payment disputes, Nick has the experience and skill set to help decision-makers in the construction industry solve problems and advance their business goals. A graduate of Washington University and Saint Louis University School of Law, Nick is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Minnesota. Nick understands what's important to construction clients, and he works to achieve the best and most economically efficient outcomes for them.

Nick's arrival continues the growth of Stinson's construction practice in St. Louis, which focuses on helping construction professionals pursue, obtain and successfully complete their work and drive economic growth in Missouri and beyond. From compliance training to bid disputes to multimillion dollar impact claims, Stinson's construction team works closely with clients to identify and exceed their goals so that they can stay in the field and keep building.

With Nick's move, Stinson's construction practice continues to expand across 13 offices in nine states and the District of Columbia, complementing the already preeminent intellectual property, corporate/general business, real estate, tax credit finance, labor and employment, estate and succession planning, litigation, and products liability practice groups in the St. Louis office.
