Clary Redd Inducted into the Estate Planning Hall of Fame
Stinson Leonard Street LLP is proud to announce that partner Charles A ("Clary") Redd has been inducted into the Estate Planning Hall of Fame by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils (NAEPC). Redd was recently presented with the award at NAEPC's induction ceremony at their Annual Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
This honor celebrates Redd's more than 35 years of distinguished service in the world of estate planning, as well as his many contributions to the field. In addition to his practice, Redd regularly shares his deep knowledge of estate planning from coast-to-coast and beyond. He is a frequent contributor to Trusts & Estates magazine, and he lectures at numerous nationally prominent estate planning seminars each year.
Redd concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust-related litigation. He often works on projects involving assets valued at several hundred million dollars and has extensive experience not only in estate planning but also in estate and gift tax matters; will and trust construction; marital agreements; and other cases involving taxes, trusts and estates.
Redd is an elected member of The American Law Institute, a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and was an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law for 15 years. Learn more about Redd's practice.
